Charity Evening at the Landing – New Date!

Fundraiser Event at The Landing

March 20 from 6 to 8:30 PM

Join us at The Landing for an exclusive fundraising event to benefit the Marblehead Little Theatre (MLT). This special evening is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM in the charming and cozy setting of The Landing’s Pub Room.

In a heartwarming blend of fine dining and community spirit, The Landing will donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds from meals ordered in the Pub Room directly to MLT. This initiative offers patrons a unique opportunity to savor The Landing’s delicious cuisine while supporting the thriving local arts scene.

The highlight of the evening will be a silent auction, featuring an array of items. Bidders will have the chance to win a lovely Shubie’s gift basket, a signed copy of the beloved book “The Night of the Moonjellies” by renowned local author Mark Shasha, and other exclusive items.

Adding to the enchantment of the evening, guests will be treated to live entertainment by MLT alums – the talented Betty Lautner, Tom Edmonds, Kori, and David Scannell. Their performances are sure to captivate and add an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.

Trapped in the backyard, the kids realize they must create a brand new society. Eventually the kids learn a big lesson in responsibility.

They’ve taken New England by storm, and their founders have even graced Boston stages with hits like the Awesome 80’s Prom & Claddagh Bing Irish/Italian Wedding Show. Picture a comedy style that’s a mashup of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” sprinkled with a bit of Saturday Night Live and The Carol Burnett Show vibes—yes, it’s that good!

for Adults and Teens*

Introducing a series of three tap classes this spring at Marblehead Little Theatre. If you’ve always wanted to learn to tap, or have taken classes before but need a refresher, then our beginner level is for you! Or, if you are a seasoned tapper and ready for a challenge, join our beginners for warm up, and stay to learn a routine. This is a great way to brush up your skills ahead of auditions.

Erin Pelikhov has taught dance classes for over 20 years in the Greater Boston area, most recently at Dance Dimensions in Nahant, and at CardioTap NYC’s Boston location. Her performance experience includes tap-dancing as “Mother Ginger” in the Urban Nutcracker for five years, as well as featured tap roles in many musicals, including “The Great Gatsby: A New American Musical” at MLT.
